Spring Again.

Glad to see Spring again
To see the green leaves unfurl
The soft chemistry flowing
Bringing life into view once again.

Glad to feel the wind again
Not to buffet and draw one’s coat closer
But as a gentle caress
Ladened with the sweet
Green smells of Spring.

Glad to feel the Sun’s warmth again
As when one long away
From a loved one, and then returns
Feels her warmth in the bed
And knows that one is home again.
